自控溫電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)帶的(de)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian),是在兩根平行金(jin)屬母(mu)(mu)線之間均勻地擠包一層(ceng)(ceng)PTC材(cai)料制成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)芯(xin)帶。電(dian)纜一端的(de)兩根母(mu)(mu)線與電(dian)源接通時,電(dian)流從(cong)一根母(mu)(mu)線橫向(xiang)流過(guo)PTC材(cai) 料層(ceng)(ceng)到(dao)(dao)達另一根母(mu)(mu)線,PTC層(ceng)(ceng)就是連(lian)續并聯(lian)在母(mu)(mu)線之間的(de)電(dian)阻發熱(re)(re)(re)體,將電(dian)能轉化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)熱(re)(re)(re)能,對操作系(xi)統進行伴熱(re)(re)(re)保溫。芯(xin)帶電(dian)阻隨(sui)溫度升高(gao)增大,到(dao)(dao)了高(gao)阻區,電(dian)阻大到(dao)(dao)幾乎阻斷電(dian)流,芯(xin)帶溫度便達到(dao)(dao)高(gao)限(xian)不再(zai)升高(gao)卻自動(dong)限(xian)溫。電(dian)纜的(de)輸出功率主要受(shou)控于傳熱(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程以被加熱(re)(re)(re)體系(xi)的(de)溫度。
