自(zi)限(xian)溫(wen)電伴(ban)熱(re)帶(dai)的(de)特點(dian)是(shi)能夠自(zi)動(dong)限(xian)制加(jia)熱(re)時的(de)溫(wen)度,并隨被加(jia)熱(re)體的(de)溫(wen)度自(zi)動(dong)調節輸出功(gong)率(lv)而無任何附(fu)加(jia)設備。當(dang)溫(wen)度升高時,功(gong)率(lv)自(zi)動(dong)下(xia)降,當(dang)溫(wen)度下(xia)降時,功(gong)率(lv)自(zi)動(dong)上升,這樣循環(huan)加(jia)熱(re)始終保持(chi)污水處(chu)理池中的(de)液體介質正(zheng)常流動(dong)而不(bu)發生凍(dong)結。
自限(xian)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴熱(re)帶(dai)的(de)大(da)使(shi)用(yong)長(chang)(chang)度為100米(mi),如果(guo)長(chang)(chang)度超過100米(mi)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)就需(xu)要增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)點來增(zeng)加使(shi)用(yong)長(chang)(chang)度。當連接到電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線,應(ying)使(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接線盒(he),再使(shi)用(yong)硅(gui)膠密封,以防(fang)止水蒸氣進入,自限(xian)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴熱(re)帶(dai)作(zuo)為新一代帶(dai)狀(zhuang)恒溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)產品,已被(bei)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于民用(yong)、消(xiao)防(fang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力、石油、化工、食(shi)品等管道設備(bei)的(de)防(fang)凍保溫(wen)。

針對于防爆電(dian)伴熱(re)金屬編織層外的外護套應(ying)選(xuan)擇阻燃型的材(cai)質,并且保證護套(tao)完(wan)整性(xing),可通過火(huo)花試(shi)驗進行檢驗此(ci)項性(xing)能(neng),試(shi)驗電壓3000V,試(shi)驗電壓施加在編織(zhi)層與火(huo)花機表面電極(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)構成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng):是在(zai)兩(liang)根平(ping)行(xing)母(mu)(mu)線之間均勻的(de)(de)(de)加上聚錄(lu)乙(yi)烯或(huo)塑質材料加工形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)芯帶(dai)。是在(zai)高溫(wen)融化覆蓋(gai),在(zai)進行(xing)冷卻(que)定型之后形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。當(dang)它(ta)們跨接(jie)在(zai)兩(liang)根平(ping)行(xing)母(mu)(mu)線上時,就構成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)芯帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)回(hui)路(lu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)帶(dai)一(yi)端的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)根母(mu)(mu)線接(jie)通供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)從(cong)一(yi)根母(mu)(mu)線流(liu)過到(dao)達(da)另(ling)一(yi)根母(mu)(mu)線形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)回(hui)路(lu)。這二(er)根母(mu)(mu)線通過其的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)進行(xing)發熱(re),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)能轉(zhuan)化成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)熱(re)能,在(zai)通過包裹層對(dui)管(guan)道等(deng)設備進行(xing)伴(ban)熱(re)保溫(wen)。如果芯帶(dai)溫(wen)度升到(dao)相應的(de)(de)(de)極限溫(wen)度時,這時的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)無法在(zai)提供(gong)較高的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度,芯帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度即已經達(da)到(dao)高額(e)定值(zhi),這時就是自(zi)動控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度不再升高(自(zi)控溫(wen)度)。
