一、短路故(gu)(gu)障: 1、電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)長期功率大的高(gao)溫工(gong)作的情況下,損(sun)傷的線芯(xin)發燙不(bu)勻稱,一部(bu)分(fen)溫度過(guo)高(gao),造成短路故(gu)(gu)障。 2、隔(ge)熱(re)(re)層(ceng)未做防(fang)水(shui)處(chu)置,雨雪天(tian)隔(ge)熱(re)(re)層(ceng)浸泡,使電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)一部(bu)分(fen)路線處(chu)在(zai)超低(di)溫或濕(shi)冷情況中,功率很大,電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)一部(bu)分(fen)用(yong)電(dian)量(liang)高(gao)負荷,一部(bu)分(fen)電(dian)流(liu)量(liang)過(guo)大造成內部(bu)著火短路故(gu)(gu)障。 3、電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)尾(wei)(wei)部(bu)為(wei)密封性(xing)段,在(zai)安裝使用(yong)流(liu)程中務必(bi)安裝使用(yong)尾(wei)(wei)部(bu)線盒(he)做密封性(xing),如果(guo)不(bu)安裝使用(yong)尾(wei)(wei)部(bu)線盒(he),尾(wei)(wei)部(bu)返(fan)潮后,非常容易造成短路故(gu)(gu)障。
