電伴熱帶原理 (1)自限溫電伴熱帶 自限溫電伴熱帶又稱自控溫電伴熱帶,它是新(xin)一代帶(dai)狀恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)產品,由高分(fen)子導電(dian)(dian)碳粒和(he)兩根平行(xing)母(mu)線外加絕(jue)緣層構成,其PTC發(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻率具有很高的(de)(de)正溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)系(xi)數且相互并聯。 自限(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai)能夠自動(dong)限(xian)(xian)制發(fa)熱(re)(re)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),并隨被伴(ban)熱(re)(re)體溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)自動(dong)調節輸出功(gong)(gong)率;可以任意剪切或(huo)在一定長度(du)(du)范圍內接長使(shi)用(yong);允許多次交(jiao)叉重疊而無高溫(wen)(wen)過熱(re)(re)燒毀之慮;維護簡便且節約(yue)電(dian)(dian)能。 (2)恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai) 恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai)分(fen)為(wei)并聯電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai)和(he)串聯電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai),指(zhi)電(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶(dai)通電(dian)(dian)后即以一恒(heng)(heng)定的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率發(fa)熱(re)(re),并不隨環境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)改變(bian)而變(bian)化。
