市場上(shang)常見(jian)的有(you)(you)以聚烯烴為(wei)基材(cai)的65℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)的加(jia)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)和(he)以含氟材(cai)料為(wei)基材(cai)的110℃和(he)150℃加(jia)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)。此(ci)處的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)定(ding)(ding)義(yi)為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)所(suo)能(neng)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)的高環境溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)。也(ye)(ye)可(ke)以理解為(wei)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)能(neng)夠長(chang)期穩定(ding)(ding)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)并產生(sheng)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)加(jia)熱(re)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的高環境溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),超過(guo)(guo)規定(ding)(ding)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji),一方面(mian)由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)本身(shen)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)很小(xiao),實際(ji)加(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)(lv)(lv)很低。另(ling)一方面(mian),長(chang)期的超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)使用(yong),使電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)如:PTC特性(xing)(xing),加(jia)熱(re)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)等(deng)(deng)劣化或衰減(jian),會降(jiang)低電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)的使用(yong)壽命和(he)運行可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)。但(dan)短期間斷地暴(bao)露于(yu)超過(guo)(guo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)極(ji)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)環境,也(ye)(ye)是可(ke)以的。因此(ci),除上(shang)述溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)外,自控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)線(xian),還(huan)有(you)(you)另(ling)一個溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)。如對于(yu)65℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan),該溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)85℃,對于(yu)110℃溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan),為(wei)130℃,而對于(yu)150℃電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan),則(ze)為(wei)230℃。然而此(ci)時的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)已接近于(yu)零。
通(tong)用(yong)型(xing)加(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan):是(shi)指由銅導(dao)線,高分(fen)子PTC材料和單層阻燃護(hu)套所組成(cheng)的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。主(zhu)要應用(yong)于一般(ban)場合下的(de)(de)管網的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)或伴熱(re)(re)。防爆增(zeng)強型(xing)加(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan):是(shi)在通(tong)用(yong)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)外層再(zai)復合一層金屬網,這種結構電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)可(ke)有(you)(you)效消(xiao)除靜電(dian)(dian)和抵御外來機械碰境。主(zhu)要應用(yong)于具有(you)(you)防爆要求(qiu)的(de)(de)場所。
防腐防爆增(zeng)強型電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜:這(zhe)種結構的電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜是在防爆增(zeng)強型加熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的金(jin)屬網外層,再復合上一層含氟材料。具有這(zhe)種結構的加熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜可有效地防止和(he)抵御(yu)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian),機械碰撞和(he)各種腐蝕性介(jie)質。主要應用于環境惡劣或有物品的場所。
伴熱(re)帶(dai)中銅(tong)芯導(dao)線的(de)作用 1、避免電伴熱(re)帶(dai)內(nei)發熱(re)芯的(de)氧(yang)化; 2、鍍錫能(neng)(neng)避免銅(tong)暴(bao)露在(zai)空氣中而被氧(yang)化構成一層膜(銅(tong)綠(lv))。而銅(tong)綠(lv)的(de)導(dao)電性很差會添(tian)加電阻阻值; 3、伴熱(re)帶(dai)的(de)內(nei)部導(dao)線具有很好的(de)抗腐蝕功能(neng)(neng),又有強(qiang)度(du)和硬度(du),成型(xing)性好又易焊(han)接。 4、同時也具有抵抗高溫(wen)(wen)的(de)效果,可運用溫(wen)(wen)度(du)范圍在(zai)一百(bai)攝(she)氏溫(wen)(wen)度(du)以內(nei)的(de)這些高溫(wen)(wen)環境中。
